MARRIAGE CEREMONY RATES
Fees are payable to "Weddings By Tamara" by email money transfer (tamara@weddingsbytamara.com), cash or cheque. A deposit of $100 is required to secure wedding date and time; the remainder is due on or before the commencement of the Marriage Ceremony. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute ceremonies. All ceremonies are booked by appointment only.
Gratuities are welcomed.
Marriage Ceremony - $295 (within Calgary city limits).
~Pre-Wedding consultation
~Working together via email/telephone with Clients to customize Marriage Ceremony including poems, readings, vows, specialized ceremonies
~Assistance with writing own vows (if needed)
~Performing the Marriage Ceremony
~Copy of Marriage Ceremony on wedding stationary as a keepsake
~Civil Marriage Statement (this is a legal component)
~Submission of completed Marriage License to Alberta Vital Statistics (legal component)
~Follow-up with Clients after the Wedding Day
Ceremony Rates For Areas Near Calgary (Including Travel Costs):
The following out-of-City rates are set as follows:
$325 ~ Airdrie
$325 ~ Cochrane
$360 ~ DeWinton
$450 ~ Kananaskis
$475 ~ Canmore
$500 ~ Banff
Travel expenses are added if the ceremony is outside of Calgary city limits and are calculated at $0.75 per/km to and from the ceremony location.
Destination Ceremony - $220 (Legal paperwork only)
~Civil Marriage Statement (this is a legal component)
~Submission of completed Marriage License to Alberta Vital Statistics (legal component)
~Follow-up with Clients after the Wedding Day
Elopement - $220 (Legal paperwork only)
~Civil Marriage Statement (this is a legal component)
~Submission of completed Marriage License to Alberta Vital Statistics (legal component)
~Follow-up with Clients after the Wedding Day
Rush Registration Fee - $50
~Register Completed Marriage License next Business day at local registries office
*Saves approximately 2 weeks of waiting time if processed and mailed to Edmonton, Alberta Vital Statistics
Rehearsal Fee - $150
